Holiday Eating Out Of Hand?

If you're anything like me, the Holidays are a great time to really go overboard on eating. Between my wife's family and my own, I think I consumed three separate Christmas dinners. Now the scale tells the truth about what I have done to my body. Luckily, here's a simple tip to help you drop a few pounds. Pineapple has been often used as a weight-loss supplement. The fruit's enzymes, bromelain, is helpful at breaking down fats and proteins. A slice or two with each meal should greatly compliment any normal diet and exercise, and help you shed a few extra pounds. Also, the pineapple is good for you and will help you fill up!
