Here's an unusual method for dealing with pain, red peppers! If you are dealing with any pains from bunions, or any other pains, try smashing up a red pepper and rubbing the area with it. The hot stuff in peppers, capsaicin, actually has been shown to block the ability for your pain nerves to send their signals. Always try any capsaicin-rich peppers or commercially available capsaicin cremes in a small test area of your skin in case you have a severe reaction to it. Also, always wash your hand thoroughly after using any of the pepper or cremes. Mistakenly rub you eyes one just one time after using them, and you'll know exactly why.
