Herbal Remedies for Bad Breath

There are a number of natural methods for treating bad breath or halitosis. Most of these treatments involve brewing simple teas out of common ingredients. Peppermint is both a great aromatic and a great antiseptic. Rinse your mouth with peppermint tea, but don't swallow it, peppermint can be toxic. Another great bad breath tea can be made by combining dried cloves, sage, and dill. Brew a pot and seal in a canning jar to use as a daily bad breath treatment!
