Legumes Fight Cancer and Heart Attacks

I hate legumes. I dislike the texture and flavor of almost all of them. I eat my chili bean-less. I even pick them out of dishes that I know that there is almost no chance that I would actually taste them in. I even dislike dips and spreads that are made out of them. I find this very unfortunate, because it turns out that legumes are extremely good for you. They contain genistein which is believed to prevent cancer and they actually help to keep blood flowing by reducing the clotting effects. This causes them to be great heart attack and stroke reducers. If you are at risk for a heart attack or stroke, or have already had a heart attack, definitely add legumes to your diet. If you know of a recipe that legume-haters (such as myself) enjoy, please let me know!
