Take as much or as little as you feel you need...experiment with it but just remember to give it some time to show the effects. And don't worry about overdosing, as any excess is simply releasing through urine. I normally have very dry hands, even to the point that my fingerprints can't be read! See great results within the first week. Don't get the cheap stuff. If has to be organic virgin and I can't remember for sure if it cold pressed. But it's expensive.
